European outlook and true feelings: No Title Gallery

Last year I was writing about No Title Gallery and its different projects, among which We Art, a competition dedicated to young and emerging artists. This year, We Art is back with a new, international outlook: a contest open to the whole Europe, to promote and enhance contemporary art.

Fifteen works will be chosen with no limits of subject, technique or style, as long as they belong to one of the categories of the contest: paint, sculpture, graphic, photography, installation, video art. Each work will be judged according to quality, research, originality and contemporaneity. The 15 winners will showcase their artworks in February 2015, at the Area 35 Art Factory in Milan, in an exhibition curated by Tobia Donà. The deadline is December 10th. That’s all? Of course not! No Title Gallery is working on a new collective exhibition, which will take place from December 12th to 21st, in the spaces of the cultural association Khorakhanè, in Padua, close to Venice. Curated by Filippo Lorenzin, Alle Radici (“Back to the Roots“) is about the attempt to return to sincere experiences, in a context in which images, sensations and feelings are more and more mediated. Waiting for the exhibition, I suggest you follow its Tumblr profile, an ensemble of images (such as the ones for this post) collected with elegance and taste.
